Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisational, business, digital or technology change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing abilities.
• Experience developing change management plans and interventions.
• Ability to assess organisational impacts and readiness.
• Understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored change management strategies aligned with programme objectives.
• Assess readiness and identify actions required to support successful adoption.
• Analyse the people, process, technology and organisational impacts of change initiatives.
• Identify change risks, dependencies and opportunities that may affect delivery success.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Design and deliver effective communication plans that articulate purpose, benefits and impacts of change.
• Identify training and development requirements and support learning interventions.
• Measure organisational readiness and adoption throughout programme delivery.
• Support benefits realisation and adoption tracking.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Coach leaders and teams through periods of significant change.
• Contribute to growth and development of change capability and share best practice.
