Job summary

Forward Assist Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales of Situational Awareness and related defence capabilities across the UK and internationally. You will build a robust pipeline, demonstrate products, and manage leads to meet strategic goals.

You will coordinate with the pan-European sales team, work with Technical Sales and Commercial Directors, and travel to client sites as required to secure opportunities and support bids.

Qualifications

• Define and deliver strategic objectives through requirement focused sales growth.
• Client management and relationship building skills.

• Prepared to regularly travel across UK and overseas when required to meet business objectives.
• Must be able to attain or hold NATO SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Situational Awareness solutions and related capabilities within Defence.
• Create and manage leads, understand customer requirements, deliver product demonstrations and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with pan-European sales and Technical Sales teams on bids and costs.
• Provide on-site support, training, and demonstrations for customers; manage third-party relationships.
