Job summary

MoneyPlus, a Manchester-based debt-advice provider, is hiring Customer Advisors to support and advise customers on debt solutions and sustainable financial outcomes. The role focuses on new customer acquisition and onboarding, with emphasis on building relationships and offering personalised options.

You will engage with customers, understand individual circumstances, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Have rich conversations with customers and understand their circumstances.
• Make recommendations on suitable debt solutions based on customer needs.
• Handle high volumes of calls and adapt approach to the caller.
• Liaise with multiple teams to build internal relationships and networks.
• Listen actively and use objection handling to demonstrate value.
• Keep admin up to date and coordinate with peers and managers.
