• Collect and recover outstanding income owed to the Council.
• Help the Council maximise the collection of monies due.
• Assist with the collection and recovery of sundry debts.
• Work closely with colleagues and customers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and shape how the service is delivered.
