Job summary

Halton Borough Council is seeking a Recovery Officer to join the Income Recovery Team. You will be responsible for the collection and recovery of sundry debts, contributing to service delivery and process improvement. Training and development opportunities are available as you support customers and colleagues in a busy office environment.

• Collect and recover sundry debts owed to the Council.
• Support the Income Recovery Team with day-to-day duties and process improvements.
• Provide high-quality customer service and clear communication with colleagues and customers.
