Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 National 5s including Maths and English; or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage consolidated debt cases for individuals and businesses.
• Provide referrals to support agencies to break the debt cycle and improve recovery levels for the Council.
• Interact with the public, including in potentially stressful situations, maintaining professionalism.
