PSPS (Public Sector Partnership Services) is recruiting to its Revenues & Benefits Service as a Case Management Officer within the Debt Recovery Team, focusing on billing, collection and recovery of Council Tax and Business Rates for our client councils.

The role involves advising customers, arranging affordable payment plans, and supporting those in financial difficulty with access to appropriate guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt recovery or similar financial services.
• GCSE C/4 or above in English and Maths.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers using a range of accessible communication methods (phone, email, written correspondence) to provide advice, explanations, and clarification on decisions and actions.
• Agree payment arrangements that balance recovery with affordable and sustainable outcomes.
• Provide tailored support where customers may be experiencing financial difficulty or vulnerability, including helping them access appropriate advice, guidance, or support services.
