Job summary

Renault Trucks Scotland, part of Volvo Group UK, is seeking a Dealerpoint Manager in Bellshill to lead our parts and workshop teams. You will drive operational performance, profitability and customer satisfaction across the site, balancing financial targets with excellent service delivery.

Lead, coach and develop the team while managing budgets, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong commercially minded leader.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dealership/aftersales team and delivering results.
• Strong understanding of budgets, financial reporting and KPIs.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the site's operational and financial performance.
• Lead the team to achieve business objectives, improve customer satisfaction and drive growth.
• Develop and deliver business plans, manage performance against budgets and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, ISO standards and Renault processes.
