Job summary

Volvo Trucks in Ayr is seeking a Dealerpoint Manager to own the daily operation and overall performance of the dealership. You will lead a high-performing team, shape direction, and drive exceptional service for customers.

You will manage budgets, forecasts and regional collaboration while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and health and safety. Occasional travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a dealership or service operation.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to drive customer experience improvements and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage annual budgets and forecasts in partnership with Finance and regional stakeholders.
• Strengthen colleague capability through coaching and development conversations.
• Drive customer experience improvements through insight, feedback and CRM activity.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health and safety requirements and all policies.
• Support credit control through effective management of the Dealerpoint debtor list.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement clear action plans.
• Contribute to regional objectives and shape future plans.
