Job summary

Volvo Group in Ayr seeks a seasoned Dealer Point Manager to own daily operations and overall performance of the dealer ship. You will shape direction, develop people and drive continuous improvement to deliver outstanding service.

You will lead budgets, coaching, and customer experience initiatives, ensure ISO and safety compliance, and help grow regional objectives with strong financial accountability and a visible, engaging leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at a similar level within the commercial vehicle/truck industry.
• Proven track record leading teams and managing a dealer ship or service operation.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to plan, forecast and deliver against budget.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage annual budgets and forecasts in partnership with Finance and regional stakeholders
• Strengthen colleague capability through coaching, structured learning and meaningful development conversations
• Drive customer experience improvement through insight, feedback and CRM activity, strengthening loyalty and REx performance
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health and safety requirements and all corporate and franchise policies
• Support credit control through effective management of the Dealer point debtor list
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement clear and effective action plans
• Contribute to regional objectives and play an active role in shaping future plans
