Zusammenfassung

VWFS UK is seeking a dedicated customer service adviser to handle finance documents submitted by Volkswagen Group dealers and retailers, ensuring accurate verification and prompt payout. The role includes responding to dealer inquiries, processing documentation and liaising with Customer Services to maintain high service levels.

Applicants should have strong PC literacy, excellent communication skills, and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Full PC literacy essential.
• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
• Previous customer service centre, call centre or finance company experience is desirable.
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.
• Strong customer service focus essential and a customer friendly manner at all times.
• Able to demonstrate systematic thought processes.
• Able to cope with pressure and meet deadlines, and to work a flexible pattern including evenings and weekends plus some Bank Holidays.

Aufgaben

• Process finance documents submitted by VWG Dealers/Retailers, verifying details and ensuring speedy payout.
• Respond to dealer enquiries by phone or correspondence with speed and accuracy.
• Validate customer documentation with proposal details and authorise appropriate payments to dealers.
• Liaise with other business areas including Customer Services to maintain service levels.
