Howden Group is seeking a DC Operations Leader to oversee performance, reporting and governance for the DC function across markets. You will lead a team of consultants and analysts, partnering with Market Leads, Finance and HR to drive delivery and growth.

• Own operational reporting across the DC business for pipeline, revenue, utilisation and delivery performance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning of consultants and analysts.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor governance, compliance and quality to FCA standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives across markets.
• Coordinate capacity management and resource allocation to maximise utilisation.
• Partner with Market Leads to translate strategy into operational plans.
