CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with an established organisation in Central Dorset to recruit an experienced Dayforce HRIS Systems Specialist for an initial 3-6 month contract. The role focuses on optimising the Dayforce platform with a strong emphasis on WFM, timesheets, reporting and MI, and supporting legacy system improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Dayforce.
• Experience across WFM, timesheets and reporting.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Dayforce workflows and configuration.
• Good understanding of HR and payroll processes and data.
• Power BI experience would be advantageous.
• Comfortable working independently and providing practical, hands-on solutions.

Responsabilités

• Improving Dayforce reporting and MI, particularly across WFM and timesheets.
• Helping create accurate, granular operational reporting for managers.
• Supporting the development of Power BI dashboards.
• Troubleshooting Dayforce configuration, workflows and legacy system issues.
• Resolving challenges across HR, payroll, absence, recruitment and employee self-service.
• Working with the HR team to identify practical system improvements and solutions.
