Qualifications

  • 3+ years working in children's residential care, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day shifts and ensure consistent safeguarding practice.
  • Support with personal care and administer medication.
  • Supervise and mentor Day Coaches and Seniors.
  • Respond quickly and safely to safeguarding concerns.
