Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident, compassionate Support Worker for Cherry Tree House in the Lancashire area. The role is part-time, 21 hours per week, day shifts on a 12-hour rolling rota across weekdays and weekends.

You will support residents with learning disabilities and associated behaviours in a residential setting, focusing on safety, dignity and wellbeing. This position offers flexible working with opportunities for overtime, an apprenticeship pathway, and a supportive team

We are looking for a confident, compassionate and dedicated Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Cherry Tree House.

You’ll be working part time, 21 hours a week (day shifts only) in our residential care home with residents living with Learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.

Shift pattern - 12 hour shifts on a rolling rota:

• Week 1: Monday and Tuesday
• Week 2: Wednesday
• Week 3: Saturday and Sunday
• Week 4: Thursday and Friday

Your Day-to-Day…

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
