Job summary

Cygnet Health Care Limited is seeking a confident, compassionate Support Worker for Cherry Tree House in Mansfield. This part-time role offers 21 hours per week across day shifts in a residential home for residents with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.

Day-to-day duties include providing physical and emotional support, guiding individuals, and reporting welfare needs. DBS check will be required; benefits include apprenticeship options and wellbeing support.

You'll be working part time, 21 hours a week (day shifts only) in our residential care home with residents living with Learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.

Shift pattern - 12 hour shifts on a rolling rota:

Week 1: Monday and Tuesday

Week 3: Saturday and Sunday

Week 4: Thursday and Friday
