Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Support Worker for Cygnet Maple House, a 16-bed service for women with personality disorder and complex needs. You will work a 42-hour week in a mix of day and night shifts, providing physical and emotional support, safeguarding, and contributing to a safe, therapeutic environment.

The role requires a caring, communicative team player with genuine motivation to make a difference.

We are looking for a full time Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Maple House. Cygnet Maple House is our 16 bed highly specialised service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs.

Your Day-to-Day

Your Day-to-Day Youll be working 42 hours per week a mixture of days and nights.

• Salary: £13.15 per hour
• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
