Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join Cherry Tree House in the UK. This part-time role offers 21 hours per week with day shifts in a residential care home supporting residents with learning disabilities and associated behaviours.

You will work on a rolling 12-hour shift pattern across four weeks, providing physical and emotional support, guidance, and tailored care plans. A true commitment to improving lives is essential.

• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required

We are looking for a confident, compassionate and dedicated Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Cherry Tree House.

You'll be working part time, 21 hours a week, (day shifts only) in our residential care home with residents living with Learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.

Shift pattern - 12 hour shifts on a rolling rota:

• Week 1: Monday and Tuesday
• Week 2: Wednesday
• Week 3: Saturday and Sunday
• Week 4: Thursday and Friday
