Job summary

Cygnet Group's Cherry Tree House in the United Kingdom is seeking a confident, compassionate Support Worker to join the team on a part-time basis. The role covers 21 hours per week with day shifts only in a residential care home for residents with learning disabilities.

You will work a 12-hour rolling rota, provide physical and emotional support, help residents with their needs, safeguard them, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

We are looking for a confident, compassionate and dedicated Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Cherry Tree House.

You’ll be working part time, 21 hours a week (day shifts only) in our residential care home with residents living with Learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.

Shift pattern – 12 hour shifts on a rolling rota:

• Week 1: Monday and Tuesday
• Week 2: Wednesday
• Week 3: Saturday and Sunday
• Week 4: Thursday and Friday
