Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Confident communicator able to coordinate across departments.
• Proactive and solution‑oriented with ownership of issues.
• High level of accountability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining team performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily supervision of warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Allocate and prioritise workload to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and address issues promptly while maintaining standards.
• Lead by example and promote accountability and teamwork.
• Provide coaching and feedback to develop team members.
• Oversee inbound deliveries, booking-in accurately and processing on time.
• Supervise offloading activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Ensure stock is checked and put away promptly for same-day completion.
• Act as first point of escalation for delivery discrepancies or operational issues.
• Liaise with Warehouse Manager and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
