Job summary

HIVED is seeking an Operations Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact for drivers. This on-site, 4-on/3-off shift role places you at the heart of day-to-day operations, working under the Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure driver performance, compliance, and a high-quality delivery experience. You will lead driver teams, drive engagement initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related working experience with logistics/last-mile preferred.
• Hands-on approach to managing and developing team members.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Capable of rapid decision-making and efficient problem resolution.
• Ability to leverage data for effective decision-making.
• Valid UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned driver team.
• Champion initiatives that foster a positive driver experience and promote retention.
• Oversee all aspects of the assigned driver team, serving as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries and support at HIVED.
• Ensure driver compliance with HIVED's requirements and expectations.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure driver excellence via check-ins and ride-alongs.
