Job summary

Vita Group in Manchester is hiring a Day Concierge to deliver premium, resident-focused service across Front of House. You will greet residents and guests, assist with check-ins/out, manage parcels, and maintain communal areas to a high standard, ensuring a welcoming home-from-home experience.

The role is permanent and part-time (at least 16 hours per week) with an hourly rate of £13.55 and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• An experienced customer service professional with a focus on premium resident experiences.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety of communal areas.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Willingness to be flexible and work varied shifts across 7am–10pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests at Front of House with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Manage check-ins/outs and assist residents with enquiries throughout shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness of communal areas and supervise facilities.
• Handle parcel deliveries and coordinate with residents for access.
