Job summary

Vita Group is expanding its Day Concierge team in Manchester to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for residents. You will greet residents, assist with check-ins, manage room turnarounds and respond to enquiries with a warm, proactive service.

We're seeking an experienced customer service professional who can work varied shifts between 7am and 10pm, on a part-time basis, with overtime opportunities and a pro-rata holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experienced customer service professional delivering premium experiences to residents and guests.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety of communal areas.
• Technologically astute with familiarity of building management software.

Responsibilities

• Front of House / Reception; greet and welcome residents and guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Manage room turn arounds, check-ins and check-outs.
• Be on hand for questions which may arise.
• Ensure facilities are looked after respectfully by residents and guests.
• Deliver solutions to issues or challenges that may arise.
• Conduct block walks every 4–6 hours surveying and reporting every area of the building.
• Replenish refreshment stock such as coffee beans, tea, milk and vending machine products.
