Encoreestates in London is seeking a proactive Concierge to join our resident-focused team in London. You will warmly greet residents and visitors, assist with queries and maintenance requests, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include problem-solving, security duties, parcel management, safety checks, and local area recommendations. The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and a commitment to high standards in a 4 on/4 off 7am-7pm shift.

Qualifications

• Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
• Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
• Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up.
• Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
• Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
• Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
