Job summary

Encoreestates in London is seeking a proactive Concierge to join our team in Aldgate, London, E1. You will greet residents, handle queries, and assist with maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.

• Annual Salary:£28,000-£29,000

• Hours/Working Pattern:4 on 4 off, 7pm-7am

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.

• Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escape concerns as needed.

• Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.

• Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up.

• Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.

• Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.

• Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
