Job summary

Just Group in Reigate is seeking an Implementation Support/DB Pension Administrator for a 12 month FTC/maternity cover. You will support the Data team with new scheme implementations, data reviews, and data queries, working hybrid 50% on-site.

The role focuses on data checks, onboarding with TPA, and maintaining governance records, while collaborating with onboarding, buyout, and operational teams to ensure accurate pension data and smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension scheme administration.
• Understanding of DB pensions and/or Bulk annuities, pension scheme administration requirements and systems.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in pensions industry beneficial.
• Project management experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete high-level data checks for new scheme implementations and ensure data is fit for next level checks.
• Coordinate data flow into TPA onboarding and participate in work planning calls for implementations.
• Maintain records of onboarding sign-offs in line with DB Governance matrix.
• Support payroll funding and member calculations with operational teams.
• Be the initial contact for funding or queries during the TPA setup process.
• Assist BAU handover with TPA and Operations, handling queries and resolutions.
• Produce monthly transition MI.
