Job summary

South Thames Colleges Group is seeking a Digital Data, Systems & Insights Officer to support the development, enhancement, and operation of the Group's digital systems, reporting tools and data processes.

Working in the Information Development Team within the MIS function, you will build SQL queries and reports, maintain Power BI dashboards, and contribute to data flows, testing, and documentation to ensure accurate insights for learners and management.

Qualifications

• Experience developing SQL queries and data extracts.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data modelling.
• Experience with MS Reporting Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data extracts.
• Create and optimise Power BI dashboards for management and learners.
• Design, test and document data flows across systems and integrations.
• Support and enhance reporting tools and data quality across the Group.
• Collaborate with senior developers to improve digital platforms.
