Job summary

Community Academies Trust is seeking an organised Data and Insights Officer to support high-quality data, assessment and reporting across our Trust. You will work with Arbor MIS, prepare data for Power BI dashboards and statutory returns, and collaborate with schools and leaders.

The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, hybrid working with travel to schools. DBS Enhanced disclosure is required and reporting to Head of Data and Assessment Strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience with Arbor MIS, Power BI and school data management.
• Ability to prepare and quality-assure data for dashboards and statutory returns.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Arbor MIS implementation across the Trust.
• Maintain data standards and quality across pupil, staff, attendance, behaviour and assessment information.
• Prepare datasets for Power BI dashboards and Trust reporting.
• Coordinate assessment collections and statutory returns.
• Produce routine reports, guidance and training materials.
• Use AI/automation to improve administrative and reporting processes.
