We are recruiting a Data Support Analyst to join our team. This role will incorporate a variety of data responsibilities, including data management, analytics, and visualisation. Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organise, and maintain data from a variety of sources to support business operations and partner relationships.
• Develop and deliver data analytics and visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Design, implement, and document data structures and processes that enhance business intelligence and customer insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver actionable data.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all data‑related activities.
• Document data management processes and analytics workflows in a clear and concise manner.

What We Need From You

• Experience with data management, analytics, and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, MS Excel).
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to investigate and resolve data‑related issues independently.
• Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration techniques.
• Skilled in handling large, complex datasets from on‑premise and cloud sources such as Azure and AWS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
