Job summary

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an experienced leader to head the Lanarkshire Data Sharing Partnership Team. The role focuses on secure information sharing across health, social care, local authorities and partners to support digital solutions that improve services.

The post holder will lead data governance, project management and service improvement activities, ensuring robust risk management and alignment with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Background and strong experience in data/information sharing and information governance.
• Knowledge of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and information governance guidelines.
• Experience with planning, project management and service improvement across data sharing workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of the Lanarkshire Data Sharing Partnership Team.
• Drive secure information sharing across health, social care, local authorities, education, Police Scotland and third sector.
• Support digital solutions to improve services across Lanarkshire.
• Manage and ensure availability and vendor management to reduce risk to core NHSL systems.
• Plan, manage and quality/improve data sharing workstreams.
• Collaborate with local and national colleagues to develop data sharing solutions.
• Support and deputise for the Business Services Manager to deliver Directorate aims.
