STACK Infrastructure in London seeks a Reporting Manager to lead our controls and reporting capability across the delivery portfolio. You will partner with Delivery Leadership, PMO and project teams to provide executive reporting, dashboards and performance information that supports informed decision-making.

You will drive continuous improvement, automation and reporting excellence, develop Power BI dashboards, and ensure data integrity across complex data centre projects.

Formación

• Experience in project controls, PMO or reporting roles within major capital projects.
• Background in data centres, construction, engineering or infrastructure.
• Experience preparing executive or portfolio-level reporting.
• Strong analytical skills translating project data into business insight.
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with attention to detail and improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production of accurate, timely project and portfolio reporting across the delivery organisation.
• Own reporting standards, templates and governance, ensuring consistent reporting across all projects.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance reports that provide meaningful insight into KPIs, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Maintain high levels of data quality through robust validation, assurance and reporting controls.
• Partner with Delivery, PMO and business stakeholders to ensure reporting meets operational and strategic needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, identifying opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.
• Support the development of Power BI dashboards and other digital reporting solutions.
• Provide reporting expertise and guidance to project teams, promoting consistent reporting best practice.
• Support governance reviews, audits and reporting assurance activities.
• Champion a culture of data integrity, continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
