Job summary

FRP Advisory is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to head the data team, refine reporting and enable advanced analytics and AI across the business. You will guide priorities, standards, and provide technical leadership while hands-on developing Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models for stakeholders across the organisation.

The role blends leadership with delivery, requiring strong Power BI expertise, experience in data modelling and governance, and the ability to upskill colleagues.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI development including DAX, Power Query, and semantic modelling.
• Experience leading a data/analytics or mixed team.
• Practical understanding of ETL and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the data team with clear priorities and standards.
• Design and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Set Power BI architecture, governance, and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and plan delivery.
