Job summary

HealthHarmonie, part of Medinet Group, is seeking a Data Quality Administrator Team Lead in a hybrid role based near Sutton Coldfield. You will lead the Data Quality team, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and drive improvements across clinical and operational systems.

You will collaborate with operational managers, monitor performance against KPIs, and develop team members while ensuring GDPR and NHS data standards are met. This role supports 7-day service operations with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Quality, Information Governance, Data Administration, or Healthcare Administration.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and information governance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends.
• Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team.
• Experience producing management reports and analysing performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the Data Quality team, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and service levels are achieved.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to support individual development.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Allocate workloads and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee routine data quality audits, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and compliant with standards.
• Review and validate audit findings, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Produce and present regular management reports on data quality performance and improvements.
