Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the Data Quality team, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and service levels are achieved.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to support individual development.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee routine data quality audits, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and compliant with standards.
• Produce and present regular management reports on data quality performance and improvements.
