We are hiring a London-based Data Product Manager / Data Scientist to lead the development of our core data products that empower customers to identify opportunities, set priorities, and drive value through evidence-based decision making. In this role, you will shape and evolve our data products by defining requirements, improving data pipelines and structures, and ensuring that complex datasets are transformed into meaningful, customer‑centric insights. You will collaborate closely with our Research, Design, and Analyst teams to create innovative, insight‑led solutions that consistently exceed customer expectations. While data visualization will be an important part of how insights are communicated, your primary focus will be on the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from data exploration and synthesis to strategy, design, and execution.
We’re looking for a data‑savvy product thinker who understands how to turn raw data into customer value. Visualization skills are a plus, but a strong foundation in data understanding, product strategy, and analytical reasoning is essential. You’re a self‑starter with strong written and verbal communication skills who can deliver autonomously, dive into the details to solve a problem, and work effectively across a matrixed, geographically disbursed team of stakeholders. You should be comfortable learning on the job and using data to guide your thinking as you dig into new and uncharted problem spaces.
