Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and build batch data processing pipelines.
• Strong coding in Python/Java/Scala with production-grade software experience.
• Hands-on with Spark, DBT and Kubernetes-native platforms.
• Experience with AWS data stack (S3, Glue ETL, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, Redis).
• Proficiency in SQL and large-scale data querying (e.g., Athena).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve batch data processing capabilities on Mobius.
• Shape platform architecture to scale with data needs.
• Partner with internal teams to translate data requirements into production solutions.
• Own observability: monitoring, alerting, logging; lead incident response.
• Contribute to code reviews and raise engineering standards.
• Collaborate across Global Intelligence Platforms to deliver measurable value.
• Identify tooling and process improvements for better developer experience.
• Assist in team planning and breaking down complex problems into achievable goals.
