Hargreaves Lansdown in Bristol seeks a Performance & Insights Lead to shape how Helpdesk and Operations quantify performance, turning data into actionable narratives for senior leaders. You’ll partner with planning, data engineering and change colleagues to drive governance and trusted metrics.

The role requires senior analytical experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills and the ability to influence stakeholders while improving data literacy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior analyst, insight lead or manager in operations, contact centre or high-volume service environments.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready insight with clear impact and actions.
• Strong governance and data accuracy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of trusted management information and performance insight.
• Translate multi-source data into concise recommendations for senior leaders.
• Own interpretation of key measures like service levels, productivity and backlog.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and capacity risks with commercial judgment.
• Create executive-ready performance narratives explaining implications and actions.
• Track actions with stakeholders and measure impact.
