You will translate multi-source data into executive-ready narratives and practical recommendations, guiding strategic decisions with governance and strong analytical standards.

The role sits in Workforce Management, with a hybrid office model in Bristol and a focus on driving data-driven improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills are essential.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in large-scale performance analysis and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of trusted management information and performance insight.
• Translate complex data into concise recommendations for senior leaders.
• Own interpretation of key measures such as service levels and productivity.
• Lead deep-dive analysis to identify root causes and opportunities, and suggest interventions.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and areas for performance improvement with commercial judgement.
• Create executive-ready performance narratives explaining messages and actions.
• Partner with stakeholders to track actions, measure impact and highlight risks.
• Improve data literacy and self-service confidence across the team.
• Evaluate impact of operational change and feed learning into planning and forecasting.
