Hargreaves Lansdown is seeking a Performance & Insights Lead to shape how our Helpdesk and Operations teams understand performance. Based in Bristol with hybrid working, you’ll translate complex operational data into clear stories, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive better decisions.

You’ll own management information, conduct deep dives, model performance metrics, coach analysts, and set governance standards to ensure data accuracy and actionable insight across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior analyst/manager role within operations.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready narratives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable management information.
• Translate multi-source data into concise recommendations for senior leaders.
• Own interpretation of measures including service levels, productivity and backlog.
• Identify root causes, quantify risks, and recommend interventions.
• Create executive-ready performance narratives with clear actions.
• Partner with stakeholders to track actions and measure impact.
• Improve data literacy and self-service confidence across managers.
• Set analytical standards and governance for accuracy.
