Job summary

Hargreaves Lansdown in Bristol is seeking a Performance & Insights Lead to shape how the Helpdesk and Operations teams understand and improve performance. You will translate multi-source data into clear stories and practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.

You will own key measures, lead root-cause analysis, set analytical standards and govern insight quality, while partner with planning, data engineering and change teams in a hybrid 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior analyst, insight lead or manager-level role within operations or high-volume service environments.
• Advanced Excel, data manipulation and performance-modelling capability.
• Ability to produce executive-ready insight that connects data to business impact and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of trusted, scalable management information and performance insight.
• Translate multi-source operational data into concise recommendations for senior leaders.
• Own interpretation of key measures including service levels, productivity and client outcomes.
• Lead deep-dive analysis to identify root causes, quantify risks and opportunities, and recommend interventions.
