Job summary

Hargreaves Lansdown in Bristol is seeking a senior Performance & Insights Lead to shape how our Helpdesk and Operations teams understand performance and drive improvements. You’ll translate complex data into actionable stories for senior stakeholders and partner across planning, data engineering and change teams.

You’ll own measures like service levels and backlog, lead deep-dive analyses, and foster data literacy with managers while upholding governance and clear analytical standards.

Qualifications

Experience in a senior analyst/insight lead role within high-volume operations.
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Advanced Excel and data modelling with large datasets.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of management information and performance insight.
Translate multi-source data into concise recommendations for senior leaders.
Own interpretation of key measures such as service levels, productivity, utilisation and backlog.
Lead deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and opportunities.
Create executive-ready performance narratives and governance standards.
