Lewisham Council is seeking a Data Integration Lead to drive the data strategy for the Elevate 100 programme, ensuring data informs service design and system-wide change.

You will lead data sharing across partners, piloting cross-system work between the Council, NHS and DWP, and generate insights to support performance reporting and data-led improvement. The role blends office and hybrid working with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Experience working across partners, building relationships and aligning different data needs into shared approaches.
• Solid understanding of information governance and data sharing principles in a multi‑agency context.
• Confident using Excel and Power BI to produce high-quality reporting and dashboards.
