Job summary

Bridewell is seeking a senior programme leader to drive complex data governance, governance and transformation programmes. You will partner with executive stakeholders to shape strategy, define operating models and ensure successful delivery across multiple client engagements.

You will mentor delivery teams, manage risks, and help expand Bridewell's data governance, compliance and Microsoft service offerings globally.

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex transformation programmes across governance, risk, and information management.
Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholder engagement.
Ability to define strategic direction, roadmaps and operating models.

Responsibilities

Lead complex data governance, compliance and transformation programmes across client organisations.
Provide leadership across the full programme lifecycle from strategy to delivery and benefits realisation.
Define governance frameworks, operating models and service frameworks for long-term outcomes.
Work with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Mentor delivery teams and support consultant development across engagements.
Support growth of Bridewell's Data Governance, Compliance and Microsoft services.
