Job summary

Gloucestershire County Council is seeking a full-time Programme Manager on a fixed-term contract until March 2028 to lead the Data Availability Programme. You will coordinate work across multiple teams to improve how data is accessed and used, while managing governance, risks, benefits and stakeholder engagement.

The role sits in the Data and Intelligence Strategy Team within Planning, Performance and Insight, offering hybrid working with both remote and office presence and a competitive salary
