Gravitas Group is seeking a Data and Insight Enablement Lead on a 2‑week on‑site contract to support a local government organisation through an organisational redesign. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, discovery, understanding existing data and insight approaches, and shaping the future operating model.

The successful candidate will engage with Heads of Service and senior leaders to identify requirements, review current reporting, and present strategic recommendations.

The Data and Insight Enablement Lead contract supports a local government organisation during a period of organisational redesign. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, discovery, understanding existing data and insight approaches, and shaping the future operating model. It involves working closely with service leaders to identify requirements and enable data-driven decision making.

Role Overview
