Bradford and Airedale Citizens Advice & Law Centre is seeking a Data, Insight and Development Lead to drive the organisation's data strategy, analytics and reporting. You will turn complex data from case management and telephony into accessible insights to support service improvement and strategic decisions.

Leading a small team, you will map processes, gather requirements, collaborate with developers, and ensure new systems deliver tangible benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of theorganisation’s data, insight and reporting systems.
• Turn information from case management, telephony, digital and other systems into clear, accessible reports, dashboards and insights.
• Act as a bridge between operational teams and developers to address genuine user and organisational needs.
• Support improvement projects from discovery through to delivery, including requirements gathering, testing and evaluation.
