Job summary

Citizens Advice 1066 is seeking a Data, Insight and Management Information Officer to lead on performance reporting, data quality and service intelligence within our Crisis Payments Service. You will turn data into actionable insight to improve support for those in need.

You will produce reports, analyse trends, develop dashboards and help ensure that vital support reaches the people who need it most, while upholding GDPR and information governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience producing management information and performance reports.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly.
• Understanding of GDPR and information governance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities from data.

Responsibilities

• Producing management information and performance reports.
• Maintaining and validating service data; developing dashboards and reporting tools.
• Analysing trends, outcomes and service demand.
• Supporting quality assurance and, where relevant, fraud prevention activities.
• Presenting insights to managers, partners and commissioners.
• Supporting operational delivery during periods of high demand.
