Job summary

IDAS (Independent Domestic Abuse Services) in York is seeking a detail‑driven Data & Performance Assistant to support data collection, reporting and governance across the organisation.

You will analyse data, present dashboards and summaries, monitor KPIs and identify trends while assisting audits, service reviews and accreditation activities. The role offers hybrid working and a supportive environment focused on service improvement through feedback analysis.

About the role

Contract: Permanent
Location: York however, the role could be based in North Yorkshire, Barnsley or Sheffield - Hybrid Working
Hours: 37 hours per week
