Responsibilities

• Turn information from case management, telephony, digital and other systems into clear, accessible reports, dashboards and insights.
• Act as a bridge between operational teams and developers to ensure solutions address genuine needs.
• Support improvement projects from discovery through to delivery, including testing and evaluation.
