Responsibilities

• Lead and support service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collate and present data for care group contractual requirements.
• Coordinate contract performance reporting and manage contractual information.
• Investigate and interpret performance data.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Investigate customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure robust operational processes and procedures are in place.
• Support the development of cost improvement projects (CIP).
• Lead governance activities and operational projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Support strategic decision-making.
